Roadblocks and Accomplishments
But get me home, and ooooEEEE! That's another story. I can't find calorie counts or proper portion sizes for a lot of the stuff I like, I'm tired and I don't want to cook, I get the munchies about an hour or two after dinner and just want something sweet... it's terrible. Don't even get me started on the crap I eat on the weekends.
I've been on this "diet" for two weeks now, and I've only lost two pounds. Two pounds! That's it! I can't find nutrition info for a lot of places on their websites anymore, thank you New York jackasses, and a lot of the hole in the wall places I favor (such as Saigon Pho, *yum*) don't have it available at all. Have you tried looking up the nutrition info for pho? Sheesh.
This morning was a little rough at work, and so I self medicated with the stupid M&Ms on my desk. I can't even begin to tell you how many of them I've eaten today, it's disgusting.
My three daily goals are to blog, pack my own lunch, and to stretch for ten minutes every day. I'm severely slacking on most of those. I'm doing my lunch most days, and I've blogged every day this week, but the stretching is falling by the wayside. The program tried to bump me up to the next level, but I didn't feel like I was honestly ready since I wasn't making my daily goals.
So, accomplishments lately? I finally got around to buying an ATG adhesive gun, then I went back and bought the adhesive to load it a week later (oops), and I can now swing backwards on my pole. At least I have that!

Didn't you know the calories in M&Ms don't count when you use them for self-medicating purposes? ;)
lol at eatcrayons response ;) I like that philosophy
I think i am the last scrapbooker that hasn't caved and got the ATG adhesive gun..I think it might be an early x-mas present to myself.
hang in there Sara!!!! diets are hard...
hmmm. have you tried cutting the white rice out and putting in more veggies? or substitingbrown rice? I like brown jasmine rice, and brown sticky rice (from the korean market). That has helped me alot... Good luck!!!
