I'm in a Christmas Frame of mind!

I've been thinking about it all day!

It starts off slowly... the weather gets cold and I get excited to be chilly. I left the windows open all week and the other night I sat on the couch (in front of the window) freezing my butt off just because I was happy to FINALLY be cold!

Next thing, I start wanting to bake stuff. In the past 3 days I've made a pan of brownies and two loaves of apple bread. Next, I'm thinking some pumpkin spice cookies may be in order!

I find myself thinking about where the Christmas tree is going to go. What furniture do I need to rearrange? Window or corner spot?

I contemplated buying some Duraflame logs at the store last night. We have a fireplace this year! I can't wait to try it out! I also bought a Christmas ornament and have looked at several others on eBay.

My card list is complete, with the exception of a few addresses I need to update. I started harrassing my husband to think of ideas for gifts for his family.

To get myself inspired for card making, I looked at Christmas cards all day in the Two Peas gallery, while I uploaded all of my Christmas CD's into iTunes. I can now listen to 2 hours and 15 minutes worth of only holiday music that I like!!! No "My Favorite Things". I can't stand that, it's not even a Christmas song! Grr. I may have included maybe one or two bad ones... just for shits and giggles, hee hee.

Can you tell that this is my FAVORITE time of year???
