Oops, I scrapped my pants!

Just kidding. I didn't really. But I did scrap some other things...

First, my husband and his softball team from a year or so ago:

cardstock: Bazzill Basics. patterned paper: Sassafrass Lass. sticker tape: Heidi Swapp. chipboard numbers: Basic Grey. rub on: Gin-X. sticker: 7 Gypsies. pens: Zig Millenium, Sharpie Poster Paint. other: Diamond Glaze, baseballs printed from image found online.

Here's one of my friend and I. We had our makeup done at the MAC counter that day, so we decided to go out since we looked all pretty. Noticed when we got there that we were wearing the same shirt. Of course, we bought them on different days, at different stores, and they had different labels, but the resemblance was uncanny.

cardstock: Bazzill Basics. patterned papers: KI Memories, Carolee's Creations. stamps: 7Gypsies. punch: Fiskars. die cuts: QuicKutz. chipboard letters: Making Memories, Basic Grey. font: Purkage. glitter glue: PSX Sparkles. pen: Zig Millenium.

I realized when I was posting this on 2peas that I totally left out an ENTIRE LINE of journaling! I guess I must have thought it in my head, as I was thinking of what to write, and accidentally thought that I had already written it. I swear that makes sense in my head! Journaling SHOULD read: Maybe. I don't know, since I never had a real sister, so I can't say for sure. What I do know is that when we are together we always have fun, whether we are shopping, going to the dog park, or even just driving around in the car.

Anyway, I really don't feel like going back and re-doing it, so like this it shall stay!

Here is a very simple one of my husband and his mom:

cardstock: Bazzill Basics. patterned paper: Fancy Pants. photo turns: 7 Gypsies. mini brads: Making Memories. font: Gandy Dancer NF. heart embellishment: I cut that freehand! :)

Hmm... nothing like scanning a black layout to see how dirty your scanner really is!!! Journaling reads: "Most of all the other beautiful things in life come by twos and threes by dozens and hundreds. Plenty of roses, stars, sunsets, rainbows, brothers, and sisters, aunts and cousins, but only one mother in the whole world." -- Kate Douglas Wiggin

And finally, one of me!

cardstock: Bazzill Basics. patterned paper: Scrapworks, Sassafrass Lass. letter stickers: American Crafts, KI Memories. rub-ons: Doodlebug, Gin-X. other stickers: 7 Gypsies. chipboard letters: Heidi Swapp. journaling spot (arrow): Heidi Swapp. pen: Zig Millenium. other: mini thermometer unknown (bins at Ink It! in Gilbert).

Inspired by the talented Mrs. Duenke. You can see the original here. Journaling reads: Not born here, certainly lived here all my life - just about! Yeah, it's freaking hot, but it's home.

Of course, the "freaking hot" line doesn't apply today!
