This is what Sunday looks like

Me, on the couch, with the computer on my lap, and football on in the background. Yes, you are seeing multiple televisions. In fact...

there are THREE tvs set up at our friend's house. Wouldn't want to miss anything important, you know. Not that I pay attention to what's going on, really. I just can't get into sports. It is entertaining to hear them hoot and holler and alternately praise and curse the guys on their teams though. Definitely makes it more interesting than just watching at home with my husband, because he is a silent watcher.

Oh, and it was cold enough today that I could wear SOCKS and sneakers! SOCKS!!! I've been barefoot and in flip flops for months. I did need help to put them on though. It hurt to bend over that far, and even propping my foot up didnt' help, because I could still barely reach. I felt totally ridiculous having my husband put my socks and shoes on my feet.

I'm going to have a pedicure tomorrow morning, which I'm really looking forward to. I haven't had one since the maternity photo shoot almost half a pregnancy ago, choosing instead to save the money and paint my dang toes myself. I stubbed my toe on Saturday and knocked a HUGE chunk of polish off them, so they're looking a bit rough. My feet will look nice in the stirrups at least, if I decide to forgo the stupid socks!

I leave you with a picture of the test drive I took with my Hotsling.

We walked around like that for a good 15 minutes and she didn't squirm or complain one bit the entire time. My dog is SPOILED.

The three tvs is a hoot!
I'm with you, I'd be there with my laptop too, in fact I had to laugh because I have the same exact laptop as you. Mine gets so hot I have to put an icepack under it to have it on my lap though. Luckily you don't seem to be suffering from the same fate with yours.
And hey, your previous post where you were freaking out coming home from the Drs office - you know what? When you get to the hospital, all the nurses and doctors take over and tell you what to do. It all becomes such a whirlwind, truly it's over before you know it. The hard part is NOT labor and delivery. The hard part is when you get home and have to take care of a newborn 24/7 in a sleep deprived state! :-)
I second the poster who said you'd better tell your hubby how to update this blog so we'll know when your big day arrives! :-)

rotf! Love the sling photo!

There's nothing better than getting a pedicure - I swear, I'd have one every day if I won the lottery.

The three TV system. I used to live with a guy who had that going on during football weekends. I'm not a big football fan, but it looks like a good day to me! As for your pup in the sling photo -- adorable!
