So, I'm sitting here on the couch being totally lazy and watching my husband play this ridiculously melodramatic video game while I'm playing on the Internet. My butt is toward the front edge of the couch. I can feel Sawyer thumping around in my belly, so I lean backwards so I'm sorta slouched/reclined here. I'm laying there, admiring my belly when...
BUMP!
I SAW HIM MOVE!!!
It was like a little muscle spasm, and the area to the left of my navel kinda jumped! I told my husband, so he paused the game and we both sat there staring at my stomach for a few minutes, but Bubba was not giving an encore. Almost as soon as my husband went back to the game, the baby did it again!
He's playing COY with us, I tell you!
We sat there watching it for a bit more, and I drank some cold water to see if it would stimulate him at all. We were rewarded with a tiny, final, bump.
This is SO flipping COOL!!! I'm totally excited about this, can you tell?

I remember that well. I loved it! Just wait until you get jello-belly when he gets to big to move freely. You will be freaked out - but in a good way (it's really cool! LOL)
Congrats on getting the crib up, the baby's area looks really nice. You two did a good job. :)
yay Sawyer!!! It's a great feeling Sara. Just wait till he gets here. The amount of love you will feel for him in unbelievable!!
