Cake!
I haven't posted one in a while! This is my final cake for Wilton Course 2. The flowers on top are all royal icing, the bird on the side is something called Color Flow, which is similar to royal icing but dries slightly shinier, and the icing is buttercream. The cake itself is a chocolate chip cookie cake. It's a new recipe, that I have absolutely no idea where I found it, but we'll see if it is any good.

A friend of mine just started a cake business. This weekend, she's making a Cat in the Hat cake for her daughter in law's birthday.
