Lazy.

If there was only one word to describe me the past two weeks, lazy would be it. Just in case you've been wondering why I haven't blogged in almost a week, there you go. I haven't cooked, I haven't cleaned, and I haven't done any sort of chores. Forget about crafting anything blog worthy! It's really sad.

I feel like a lame old loser for complaining about it, but I'm just tired all the flipping time! I don't have the energy or will to do anything. About an hour after I get out of bed in the morning, I start to think about nap time. I've watched more television in the past two weeks than I have all year long, and no, that is not an exaggeration! I'm thankful that I don't have morning sickness or any of the other awful pregnancy symptoms that some women get, but this tiredness is almost debilitating. It doesn't help that my bloodwork came back that I was vitamin D deficient and apparently a side effect of that is... TUN TUN TUN!!! Fatigue!!!

So, decorating is unfinished. Laundry is not done. Furniture is dusty. Groceries are unbought. Thank the Lord that my child is pretty good at entertaining himself and LOVES the rare treat (even though it's common this month so far) of watching television. Also, I thank him that my husband isn't one of those guys who feels like his obligation to the family begins and ends with his job. He's really stepped up and picked up a lot of my slack!

At least the tree is up, right?

hahaha! So true I was a total lazy slug my first tri. Of course I was green at the gills too. But tired was definitely a problem too. It was a good time for toddler and daddy to bond!

Hey mate! Just wanted to tell you that I saw your video on youtube (of your dog with booties) and I didn't think it was mean, I thought it was super cute! She probably would have gotten used to the booties if you'd kept trying, my dog used to lie down on the ground and refuse to move whenever she had a leash attached to her collar but she adjusted in the end. It just takes a while to get used to things sometime :)

Anyway, thanks for sharing, I laughed at her little march! I hope all is well with her.
