Bubbly

Last night, I was totally feeling cocky about my recent nail painting successes, so I decided I was going to be brave and paint my fingernails with a polish other than my new Sinful Colors polish. I decided to go with my absolute favorite color right now, Revlon's Grey Suede. After the first coat, it looked promising. After the second coat, I started to have doubts. By the clear top coat, it was obvious:

Nail polishing FAIL. Now you all can see what I was talking about when I referred to "bubbly polish."

Don't you just hate that? I haven't read your previous polish post. I saw it, and will check it out. But now I gather you say that stuff doesn't bubble. Very good to know. That color is fabulous. Too bad it didn't go on nicer. Your nails are long. They look good. :)

I hate when this happens! I've found that it usually isn't the polish though, it's usually the way you dry them. Do you blow on them or put them in front of a fan? Both of those will cause bubbling. If not, than it's just crappy polish. BOO!

Nope. None of the above. The polish is fine on my toes. I don't blow on them or put them under a fan. I don't get bubbles if I polish acrylic nails. It's just that I have bad nails!

I asked about the refrigerator thing last time because I'd read somewhere that storing your polish in the fridge keeps it from doing that on your fingers. No idea if it's true or not.

yucky bubbles! I don't get those, but I always get some sort of dent or fingerprint. I'm not patient enough to paint my nails. ha ha ha!
