My hair has grown in quite a bit in the past two months since I got it cut, and I don't totally hate it now. I still don't love it, but I don't hate it like I did when it was first done.

I bought some bananas, as suggested in the comments of my charley horse post. Did I mention that I hate bananas? They're so gross! If I do eat them, they have to be barely ripe, I'm talking almost green. If they smell at all I can't deal with them, pregnant or not.

I forced one down this morning, using a glass of Carnation instant breakfast to try and wash it down. It was still gross. Maybe tomorrow I'll bust out the blender (Thanks Susanne!) and puree it into the instant breakfast. That should help make it more palatable!

You know who DOES like bananas though? My dogs. Big surprise huh? I kinda shared with them, because I don't mind dog spit, and they made it go faster. I did eat most of it but it was a big banana!

I got home from work today, and this is the sight that greeted me:

I didn't notice it this morning, so that means it was in there all day. Her hair tie came out sometime in the night, and I didn't have a chance to redo it this morning, so that didn't help matters much. I don't know exactly how it happened without me seeing it, but with these kids, and me, who knows? She just looks like, VERY FUNNY MOM! Stern disapproval in a 7 lb package.

And since I posted one of Gidget, here is one of Leila.

I love how she acts like a petulant teenager and leans away from the kisses, like EW MOM!!!

How funny re: the bananas...I also can't eat them with any spot of brown! They have to be just barely ripe and everyone always makes fun of me about it! I hate anything else "banana" flavored. I also get leg cramps at night (my dad does also) and have been told it is related to a potassium deficiency...so bananas it is!

You look beautiful! :) I have a good recipe for using pureed bananas to make french toast. Might be an easier way for you to stomach some. Let me know & I'll email it to you.

Your furbabies are adorable! The photo Gidget with the Dole sticker cracked me up. I get those sort of looks from one of my cats w/o sticking things to them. ;) hehe
