It's a sad, sad, day.

The time has come for my digital camera to go to the big crapper in the sky...*sniff*

I'm so sad! I am now a scrapbooker without a camera! I mean, sure, I have my SLR, but it's FILM, and I SUCK at using it. Film is so expensive to work with too. Ugh.

Check this out:

Nice, huh?

And if you turn it sideways, the smears still go towards the bottom.

I knew this day was coming, I was just hoping it wouldn't be so soon. See, we sorta dropped it on Halloween. My friend was passing it to me, I didn't grab it, we did the juggle thing where inevitably no one grabs it, and it hit the tile floor. The housing got a little cracked, but it's been taking pictures just FINE this whole time, including in New York (thank GOD) so I wasn't too concerned.

It started doing this pink smear thing last week, but after a couple of shots it would be okay, and back to normal. I was trying to take a photo of the shelves I hung last night for my stamps, and after MANY attempts, this is still what I got.

Man, this SUCKS. More prayers for the job so I can replace it, STAT!
