Work it Out!

Today is Thursday. Out of the 5 days this week so far, I've worked out three, and I am planning on going again this afternoon. I've done cardio, weights, played tennis, and tried yoga. Being active is really weird for me, as I am a super couch potato homebody. I hate to sweat. I hate being sore. I'm clumsy and uncoordinated. Yet with my friend, I am managing to try these new things. I have to say I am pretty proud of myself! Even though I haven't lost anymore weight this week, I am making changes to my lifestyle that will be better in the long run. I've totally reduced the bad carbs in my diet, like white bread and pasta and potatoes. I still have a bite here and there, but not even a fraction of what I was eating before. I also am eating a LOT of vegetables. 5 a day has NOTHING on me, LOL! I added a little weight loss ticker to the bottom of this page so that I can have visual confirmation of how I am coming along.

Well, off to find my sneakers!

Can you send some work-out mojo my way? I so need to do it but I HATE it.

BTW, you BG tool is all boxed up and I will mail it on Monday. =)
