Why I Love My Wife: Sawyer

October is our Anniversary month, so I thought I'd take some chances to hijack Sara's blog to tell the world some of the reasons I love my wife. I'll start with an easy one. (hint: see right)

There is no question that Sawyer is the best thing that has ever happened to us. Nothing gives me more joy than watching this little man grow up and to see the world in a new way as he explores it.

Sara is the best mother I could have hoped for my son. In her usual fashion, once we decided to become parents, she set out to become the best parent she could possibly be. She has an insatiable desire to learn everything. From books, magazines, websites, even apps for her iPhone, she's always looking for new ideas. Cooking better meals for him keeps him healthy, and our insistence he eats what we eat broaden his palate and makes feeding him easier.

The Montessori principles she's put into our home have made Sawyer a more independent and curious boy.

Sara, thanks for giving us such a great Son! I love you!
