I was rooting around looking for something or other, and I came across this:
That's me, aged 15 years, back in 1992. I was a sophomore in high school. Yup, I'm rocking LOTS of hair gel, the velvet/sheer babydoll dress from Judy's (remember that store?) and my natural eyebrows. The puka shells were my mothers, from when she was sixteen. Too funny, so I thought I'd share. I don't have a lot of photos from back then.
I scrapped four pages today! I was on a roll, and I had FUN with the glitter.
Here's Miss Leila helping me celebrate my birthday:
I got a feather boa from a coworker, and when I got home I put it on the dog. She looked so cute that I told her to stay and ran to grab a little tiara. She's so freaking patient!
I found this cute little doggie bakery at the new San Tan Marketplace, and they had the cutest little corker bows for only a dollar each, which made it a must buy. Another patient little dog (but I think she secretly likes to be my model).
My husband and I at the ASU vs UW football game. We were seated in the away team section so I was the only one wearing a gold shirt, but that was okay, because we slaughtered them! HA!
Last but not least, my gllitteriest layout ever! The pink is that doodlebug glitter paper, and I coated the Heidi Swapp chipboard letters with black Stickles. This was the night I got completely plastered and ended up waaaaaaay sick the next day. There with us is Miss Kiki Vermont, my favorite drag queen.
I still haven't heard from the insurance company/doctor's office yet, but it's only been three business days. I'm hoping next week is better than last week, but with all the medical/work crap, the bar isn't set too high, I guess.
