Thank you cards

I got off my behind today and cleaned up in my scraproom. You can always tell when I haven't been working in there, because that's when it's the messiest. I swear I'm the opposite of everyone else on Earth! I just am one of those people who has to completely clean up after each project. In between - not so much. There was so freaking much dust in there it wasn't even funny!

After I straightened up and got all the sewing stuff put away, I busted out the bag of patterned paper scraps, some blank cards, a few punches and stamps and got to work on making thank you cards to send out for our Christmas gifts. I managed to make seven simple cards, inspired by these that Jennifer McGuire posted on her blog.

Hero Arts Stamp, misc patterned paper scraps, Martha Stewart punch, All Night Media pop dots (yup, still using up all those packages I HAD TO HAVE).

Martha Stewart punch, CM circle cutter, Fiskards circle punch, EK Success jewels, Basic Gray patterned paper, Marvy Uchida pen.

Martha Stewart punch, Fiskars punch, Chatterbox patterned paper, Bazzill cardstock, Colorbox chalk ink, grosgrain ribbon, Marvy Uchida pen, All Night Media pop dots.

Bazzill cardstock, Fiskars punch, CM circle cutter, grosgrain ribbon, Colorbox chalk ink, All Night Media pop dots, A Muse Artstamps stamp, patterned paper - I forget!

Basic Grey patterned paper, Bazzill cardstock, EK Success jewel, A Muse Artstamps stamp, Colorbox chalk ink.

Misc. patterned paper scraps, Fiskars circle punch, Hero Arts stamp, Colorbox chalk ink, All Night Media pop dots.
Martha Stewart butterfly punch, misc patterned papers, Bazzill cardstock, Tonic corner rounder, CM circle cutter.

you rock those scraps girl. i always throw scraps away.

i am just like you and the neat/messy. i have to have it perfect to scrap and i clean up in between layouts. when i don't scrap and make purchases it just all gets piled up. it's funny how i am ocd around the rest of my house by my office/scrap area can be a disaster.

Those are really cute, Sarah. Nice job. I bet it felt good to get in there and make something with paper. That butterfly punch is awesome.
