Happiness is...

...a clean and well organized closet.

Yeah, maybe I'm a little strange, but I have to say that I just love going in there and seeing everything hung up neatly, facing the same way, all on sturdy yet chic wooden hangers. I have things grouped by type so that they're easy to find. All the long sleeved button downs are together, tee shirts are together, tank tops are together, sweatshirts are together, etc. As hangers are emptied, I move them to the end of the rack.

On the bottom row are skirts, on wooden clip-type hangers, and dog clothes, on white plastic baby hangers. I have my pants, coats and dresses on the other side. I stuck an old bookshelf in there to hold handbags and other miscellaneous items, such as my old film camera. It's looking a little empty here because most of my handbags are living on the coat rack in the living room.

Finally, a shoe rack with about half of my shoes. The ones I wear really often are on a matching rack in the living room, because I was leaving them there anyway. They keep my roller skates company!
