Sprouts!

Stuff is starting to grow in my garden!

I was so excited when I saw these little guys.

I think they're zucchini. I forgot to label the beds after I seeded them but based on the three things I planted, I'm going with zucchini.

I'm guessing these are the green onions. They're so cute! They just look like grass right now. Incidentally, the chives have sprouted too and they look pretty much the same.

These are the Roma tomatoes. I'm going to wait a few days and then do the final thinning out. The idea of that makes me really nervous!

These are the heirlooms. They're just so pretty. I think I may have too many to plant in the bed space I made for them, so I have to think about what I'm going to do with them all.

The strawberries are doing fine. I even got a new blossom this weekend which is a big deal for me because I don't have the best track record with flowering plants. My raunculus in the front yard all died so I bought some fuchsia to replace them. Hopefully those do better!

I wanted to let anyone who was interested know about these. I found them at Target in the dollar spot. There are five in a package and they are easy to stamp with the steel stamps. They're a great inexpensive idea if you like the idea of the stamped sterling silverware herb markers but don't feel like digging through bins in antique stores. I used these to make the markers for my garden beds.

I'm so excited about how the garden is coming along!!!
