I don't know how on Earth I made it a week without blogging. Holy crap! That's really unlike me. I guess I've been busy, but it doesn't really feel like I have. Huh. Anywho, I'm going to give you a quick down and dirty recap of the past few day's highlights. This would include:
*cutting my own bangs (crazy. I did them too short also. I've cut my own since I was ten and always make them too short!)
*finally figuring out how to make tortillas. (made/ate too many since)
*discovering that the crock pot is totally the way to go when making chicken stock
*teaching the baby how to say "please" in sign language (which he did for one morning and hasn't done since, boo)
*knitting some more dishcloths to use up yarn left from other projects (resulting in patchwork dishcloths)
*LOTS of laundry (got behind there for a while!)
*lunch with an old friend (Wiiiiinnnnggsss!!!)
*weeding another drama queen from my life (not that she was all that present, but still)
*attending mass on Sunday with my homies (and having our pew stick out like a sore thumb because all five of us were all under 33! Ours is an EXTREMELY elderly congregation)
*scrubbing all the drip pans and rings on the stove for several hours before realizing that black crap wasn't black crap, it's where the finish was worn off with time/scrubbing. (Guess I should have saved my self some work and just bought new ones)
and finally
*eating way too many Donettes. (The baby recognizes the bag now and we have to hide them in the cart when we go grocery shopping or else he freaks out the whole time because he wants some!)
Better posts later, I promise!

Hey, ya ever considered selling some of your dishclothes? If you do, let me know. :)
I bought several from a lady at a craft show in town. I called her the other day to see if I could get some more and learned she passed away in October. I was really sad to hear it and talked to her husband for awhile. She sold hers for $2.50 each or five for $10. I don't know if you could sell them for that, but I know I'd buy 'em.
I might also buy some if you decide to sell.
I would buy some too! :)
Also would love the recipe for the tortillas!
