Last night my husband was goofing off at the coatrack by the front door. I didn't think anything of it, until he went into the bedroom and came out carrying his leather coat. Since he only wears it when we go somewhere (he has a fleece lined, green nylon one for walking the dogs and running to the store), I finally had to ask him what was up. His response?
"I have an idea."
He took everything down that wasn't a jacket. Here, in a nutshell, is my family. From left to right: Mr. F, Miss M, Bubba, Leila, and Gidget. You can see Leila is still slightly bigger than the baby, but not for long!Yesterday it was 72 freaking degrees here. It's so unfair. I haven't even gotten to wear a sweater yet! Some folks are glad to see it warm up already, but not me. I say, the sooner it hits 70, the sooner it will hit 110. I am not looking forward to that!
To mourn winter's passing, I made a pot of Italian Meatball soup for dinner last night. To be completely honest, I'll probably not stop making soup because the weather is warm. It was just an excuse. I think Bubba agreed:
See how helpful he is?Speaking of Bubba, the hair on the top part of his hair is starting to get thicker and fill in. Tham means now I can do this:

It's got a part and everything! Labels: Bubba, cooking, dogs, husband, photos

Your coats all lined up, you're going to scrap that right? :)
I think soup is perfectly acceptable all year round.
He looks like such a big guy sitting there, with his hair all combed. Cute!
I like the one where he's holding the wooden spoon! Going to take after Mama in the kitchen? :)
You can have our winter weather if you are just desperate for it. I'll trade you our winter, but I don't think I want your summers! LOL. It was 18 degrees here yesterday morning. UGH! I hate winter and am so ready for it to be OVER.
I'm with you. Long live cool-ish weather!! Your soup sounds delicious - and your baby is still pretty darn adorable...
So cute! Love the pic of him with the spoon!
We have our coats lined up too, i haven't thought to take a picture. Fantastic idea! Sadly it's going to be a high of 22 here and we need those coats. :(
i needed a smile today, and your little sweet pea gave me one.

The baby is getting SOOO big!!!
HEY, I am going to de-stash some of this scrapbooking stuff and sell it. I will send you an email once I do/date of de-stash. It's a cash and carry thang. All of the products are great (i.e. Bazzill, good-ass paper, etc. . . ); albums, etc. . . Whenever I move, some of this stuff cannot move with me!
He just keeps getting cuter everyday!
