I am sorry you are feeling so sad today. :( If it makes you feel any better I ave had a few days like that recently and hey, I'm not on any meds so it's not a matter of adjusting them with me...hehehe.<BR/><BR/>I think that sometimes its from winding down from a stressful situation. It will just hit out of the blue. At least it can be for me.
